I cant remove program

I cant remove this program called logmein when i go to remove it,it says ""Another version of this prodect is already installed installation of this version cannot continue.To configures or remove the existing version of this prodect use add/remove program on the control panel,but when i try to remove it from there its says the same thing and I tried to delete the folder and it still acts up and now it does not even have the options to remove t stills blank please help

Try re-installing the product, then you should be able to remove it with "Add/Remove Programs". If no success, there's a forum for logmein users here (you'll need to register to view or post): https://secure.logme....asp?page=login

I did that but when you go to install it says the same thing as my first post and when i go unstall it ithe area where it say remove or change is blank
