Hi everyone,

I want to add more ram into my pc. However, my pc was custom build for me and I have no idea what the specs. are. Can anyone tell me how can I find out what ram I have so that I know to buy the right kind of ram compatable with my pc.

Thank you

Items in blue which are underlined are clickable to give more information about the process

Download and install Everest Home Edition

Run the programme, click + next to computer then summary

Look at motherboard / system memory for the type

Visit crucial and either enter motherboard name for manufacturer, desktop for product line, then motherboard model number

Or run their system scanner
