Is there a way gui / command line to print out the permissions for a file share?

I have server that has a bunch of file shares, its going to be taken offline. Then a new one is going to be put in its place, same name, IP, etc. Its going to need those file shares from the original server, but I dont want to manually write down the permissions to set them on the new server.

Is there something I can do that will allow me to output the permissions so I can apply them to the new shares?
