Hey Nate hun....

I'm going to clean out the others, but before I go and change the anti-virus program, I wanted to let you know that I had AVG and it would not update most of the time..

It would sit there and do nothing... I got tired of that, I mean 7-10 days would go by without updating..

So I uninstalled it, and installed it again, and still, the same issue...
A friend of mine has it, and it works fine for the most part for her, but she still gets the same problem, but not as bad as I did...

So, I dont know about this... <_<
You have anything else you can think of to use than AVG... "Whats wrong with this one that I have now?"

BRB with new HiJack Log

Thanks much !

There was an updating problem, but that's fixed now. If it still does not work for you, see this:

http://majorgeeks.co...ead.php?t=29503

To navigate to the AVG folder just:

1. Open "My Computer"

2. Go to "C:\Program Files\Grisoft\AVG6"

I really hate being stupid at things.... Grrr

When downloading the AVG, do I (open or save) the program?

And what is the main difference...

I think I was told to "never hit the save" button... "why?"

Thanks for your smarts, just need to pass them this way lol

You hot "Save" to save the setup program to a plae of your choice so you can install it later, or just hit "Open" to install the program once. When you choose "Save", you can reinstall the program as many times as you want without redowloading it. I wanted you to delete those because they were from when you han "NetZero" as your ISP. They weren't needed anymore.

I know why you were wanting me to get rid of the Netzero hun... I just could not find out "figure out" what you were wanting me to actually do with the "hidden files" thingy..

Cause I did not see anything that stated those two C:\ files from Netzero to get rid of...

But I think "THINK" lol all is good.... :D

I have the AVG downloaded... I hope it works better this time... <_<

Thanks for all your help hun, and hope you have a good day :D
