hi all

i have a samsung X20 laptop with XP home it.

the owner recently left the company without passing on his password....we really need into his files.

i cant get past the log on screen. ive tried going into safe mode to use the administrator account but this is locked too.

ive also tried a few password crackers from the net, but to no avail (www.loginrecovery.com)

can someone suggest some freeware i could use?
