Pop-up mania[CLOSED]

Hello all,

A quick description of the current problem and what I've done to fix it:

A lab computer that recently had access to is (was) infected with massive amoutns of mal/spy ware. Pop-ups occurred at the rate of 10/min. I have no idea why this happened or what the source was but I ran through the removal steps suggested by Ditto (ad-aware, spy-bot, etc). For final measure I'd like to post the hijack-this log for your perusal.

Furthermore, when one switches users on this machine a blue screen comes up and you have to restart (BSOD??), which sucks and only started to occur around the same time as the pop-up problem. Any suggestions to this?
