desparately need help

I have osa.exe, desktop.exe, isrv.exe, ffisearch.exe, and others including toolbars I don't want. I followed all the procedures suggested on your "before you post" page. Following is my Hijackthis log:

All help is appreciated!

On My own, I have run (again) CWShredder, TDS3, Microsft antispyware, Adaware, Spybot S&D, & Trendmicro Housecall. I removed manually some files and programs and some registry entries which were reported but not removed. I then rebooted into safe mode and reran all of the above anti spyware, antivirus and anti trojan programs mentioned above. When I rebooted in normal mode I discovered that I still have an unwanted toolbar (which goes to a website for "Stopzilla" if you click on the "Remove toolbar" button). I still am getting really annoying popups for various online gambling websites and questionable anti-spyware websites.
