another sucker here with hotoffers swimming in my browser. i followed the steps given and reached this point to post a hijack log:

First of all, open Spybot S&D, click Mode>Advanced>Tools>Resident and remove the check from the Tea Timer box. You can reinstate it later but we don't want it interfering with what we need to do. Reboot when done.

Then, go to this link and follow the instructions exactly as given:

and download MSAS, check for updates and run it. Let me know what the two programs removed and post a new HJT log.
