How to disable feature changing .net passport?

Hello Geeks to go!
I wonder if there are any solution, like a program, script or some guide to disable the feature changing dot net passport account for MSN Messenger on your login profile?
One solution which I already aware of is to password protect my user profile.
The reason why i dont set password is that my brothers already has configurations and information on my account that they need.
Any help are appreciated.
