Trojan.W32.Looksky Virus?

I really need help. I have had this problem for about a week know. I have ran Norton Antivirus, Adaware, AND NONE of these programs have resolved any of these problems. I keep get annoying popups warning me of the Trojan.W32.Looksky virus and how I need to fix it. I also cannot change back to my default homepage (yahoo.com), and everytime I try too its just switches right back to {http://softwarerefer...5&lid=2}...This is really annoying and i was wondering if anyone could help...I ran Hijackthis and this is what the log thing came up with...
