Personally I recommend the HD2900XT, I have it and really enjoy the card, with recent drivers it should outperform the GTS in most instances and when you factor the games that you recieve from the card it's really cheaper then the GTS (assuming you'd play them).
Do you plan on overclocking?
I recommend the Q6600 over the 6850, can you give me a link to that PSU.

Also I highly recommend you buy from these stores as they are generally much cheaper.

Can you clarify what your trying to tell me with that link or did you post the incorrect link. It's a really indepth article from toms that I have only begun as it's HUGE, but could you clarify why you posted it.
Also I recommend Vista home premium over ultimate as you probably will never use the additional things you get over premium, so why pay more? Also at this current time I highly recommend you stick with 32bit apposed to 64bit.
