buying a new video card..wondering if its better than mine

One of my brothers friends has a old video card he doesnt use anymore, its a GeForce but he said he is using a better one, he said something about 64 something on it not sure if it was 64 mb or something but mine is a ATI Radeon xpress 200...it sucks...hes selling it to me for 10 bucks, is it evenworth it? also i have windows vista... can my specs run it? the version of vista is 32 bit....

1024 mb ram
3.2 ghz processor
128 VRAM
xpress 200//maybe the Geforce, or will it even run under the Geforce one?
