I just bought a new computer with Microsoft Vista. The computer shut off for no reason. When it started back up it had an error message that said "problem signature: Blue Screen"

And it showed related files that made me think this was a memory dump. However, the message went away before I could copy it.

I purchased a computer last week that did this, so I returned it. Now the replacement is doing it. I think it is some conflict in the way I configure my computer. The unexpected shutdown was recorded in the event viewer, but I don't know how to read it.

Any help would be appreciated.
