Hello People

I am having a few problems with Nero 7 Premium and I was hoping you could help me. When I tried to open it a few weeks back it said there was an error and I should re-install - This I did but it halts after a few minutes while it's reinstalling and asks me to reinstall it!

I can't find any trace of the program on REMOVE SOFTWARE in the control panel or when I do a file search although the option still appear on the start menu and the desktop icons are still there for all to see.

Can you help please

thanks for taking the time but it didn't/ Still get same messages so if a nyone can offer any help as I need this application to work

Delete the desktop icons

Did you include hidden and system files when you searched

You could also look for Ahead

Have you looked in the programme files folder before

Have you edited the registry before
