mobo recommendations

need to build a new system that is mostly a stand alone business system...maybe a little gaming (very little). I prefer AMD systems and want to keep an existing ultra ATA drive for the boot drive so I need enough IDE headers of two opticals and at least one HD. Integrated sound will be fine. Integrated video is probably sufficient. I'm currently using a 21"CRT which is a desk hog but easy on the eyes.

Any recommendations regarding mobo? Is there really much difference in general quality between MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte, eVGA, etc?
