Language bar problem

I have a problem with my language bar (or my taskbar I'm not sure).... When I turn on my pc the language bar isn't there. I right click on the taskbar and choose toolbars-language bar and it appears. But when I reboot my pc it disappears again :whistling:

(((( What's going on?
This has happened yesterday. I shut down my pc and it was ok and when I turned it on the language bar and the battery icon weren't on the taskbar......
