I am unable to enter "Hotmail" as my e-mail in Internet Properties / Programs E-mail field. Cannot type in box. No drop-down available.
Running Windows 98SE, IE 6.

that woldnt do anything for this. if you hit "check email" in firefox under tools it brings up the default client, and if they can get hotmail selected as their default client it would bring it up in IE; theyre apparently still working on the issue.

out of curiousity, you have checked your hotmail from that particlar comp b4? j/w, since you may have to get MSN/ Hotmail cookies on your comp for it to reconize that possibility

What means "j/w"?. I'm running Firefox on my computer; no problem with hotmail there.
Problem is on computer running Win98SE; IE 6.04.
