I'm having alot of problems with my laptop running slowly and lots of browser popups and attempts to download website and other information without my doing so. I've downloaded AVG Anti-Spyware as well as ATF Cleaner and run both on my system. I'm also running mcafee virus scanning software but am still having problems getting rid of this software. Also of note is when I boot my computer and try to go into safe mood it will let me go through the login of user account stage to the point where I say yse to running in safe mode but the desktop won't appear other then the black screen saying I'm in safe mood (no desktop with start menu).

2 of the problems are eerosafe.com and winvirusprotect.com as well as ultimate cleaner 2007

Big browser problems please help
