Local user profile to domain user migration

At work we are setting a domain at one of our clients network. Everything is going fine but i'm a little worried about the migration process we have to make to "copy" all the data from every computer's user profile to the corresponding domain profile.
I have found that the moveuser utility and Windows User State Migration Tool can help accomplish this task.
I was wondering if any of those applications are recommended for doing this. If not, which one could be helpful?.
