I bought an HP Compaq Presario notebook (v6000 series) from Best Buy around 6 months ago, and about 5 weeks ago my wireless adapter just quit working. It seems that the drivers uninstall themselves everytime the laptop shuts down or hibernates. I called HP customer service and sent it back to be repaired. I just received the notebook back from HP, and it still doesn't work. What could be causing this?
