Hi all, I've got some computer problems that I need some help with. The things that I've noticed wrong:

1. Every once in a while when I turn my computer back on or restart it, some of the icons on the desktop have moved from the far left side of the icons to the right side.

2. Every ten to fifteen minutes or so, something appears in the taskbar that has a white box in the left side. It looks like what you see when you start a game or other program that goes fullscreen. This kicks me out of fullscreen mode of whatever I am doing, whether it is watching a movie or playing a game.

I've done everthing listed in the do this first thread, including running my antivirus, Symmantic Antivirus, and the couple of online ones listed. Panda found two things I cannot seem to find in the registry to get rid of:
