Hi all, I've got some computer problems that I need some help with. The things that I've noticed wrong:

1. Every once in a while when I turn my computer back on or restart it, some of the icons on the desktop have moved from the far left side of the icons to the right side.

2. Every ten to fifteen minutes or so, something appears in the taskbar that has a white box in the left side. It looks like what you see when you start a game or other program that goes fullscreen. This kicks me out of fullscreen mode of whatever I am doing, whether it is watching a movie or playing a game.

I've done everthing listed in the do this first thread, including running my antivirus, Symmantic Antivirus, and the couple of online ones listed. Panda found two things I cannot seem to find in the registry to get rid of:
Incident Status Location

Spyware:Spyware/Searchcentrix No disinfected Windows Registry
Adware:Adware/PurityScan No disinfected C:\WINDOWS\system32\MIEXEC~1.E

Here's my Hijackthis log:

I'd really appreciate any help you guys can give. I know you are all very busy, I'm just bumping this so it doesn't get even more buried. THANKS

Edit: Sorry, forgot about the rule about bumps. Sorry
