After an online update of Windows XP a few months ago, I started getting this error message every time I start up:

The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL.

At the title bar on the top of the message it says

SmartBridge Alerts: MotiveSB.exe - Entry Point Not Found

I haven't had any real sense of urgency about finding out how to correct it because all I do is click "OK" and the computer seems to function without any adverse effects.

SO- three questions:

1) Can anyone tell me what this is?
2) Can anyone tell me how to resolve the problem?
3) Is this something I should really worry about beyond just being annoyed by it?

Any help is greatly appreciated...

This Link should answer your questions. Its basically an older version of the psapi.dll.

There are step by step instructions on how to fix it, in the link.
