Does anyone know of a freeware/open source Windows-based voice masking program? I've checked google, looked around various forums, and all I can find are shareware versions of $200 packages or things that look very sketchy to me.

Can you please clarify why you need a voice masking program? These are usually payware for very good reasons.

I need the voice masking for online role-playing in games. We're trying to get gnomes to sound sorta squeaky, ogres to sound heavy, general stuff like that. Basically anything that would let me do basic feedback loops or modify the amp values on the Windows Codecs would probably work.
