Network computers are deleted from My Network Places

I had this issue for over 9 months and it only occurs when I have Vista Transformation Pack 6.0 and when I get into My Network Places all my workgroup computers are I guess deleted. I tried adding a new network and it won't even create it. I can't even check my network connectivity for it deleted that too but I can still access the net. I can handle it sometimes but sometimes my brother wants to send files to my computer and we have to go on a long loop and get nothing done. It's rediculous.
