Trojan Horse Dropper, Small & Others![RESOLVED]

Please help me get rid of the many pop-ups I am receiving. I have followed your procedures on the "Must Read Before you Post" and still get many pop up ads. Some of the detected viruses are: Trojan Horse downloader, Dyficaa, Trojan Horse Dropper Small, Trojan Horse Clicker Ad"

I also get a window upon start up that says "Run time error 429 Active X componant cannot create object...." and What is Bman1 ???

Others found: Strategy First, Funcade, UC More, WebSearch Tools,...these all seem suspect.
Please help! Thanks so much.

Thanks for the reply. I did have a home tech come out and "clean things up". He recommendeed Mozilla as a new browser and I am now using that...and various spyware anti-virus (AVG free) programs. It cost me $170 bucks to have him come out.....but things are running smoothly.
