Videos won't play!

everytime i go to play a video (in windows media player or quicktime etc..) i just get a black screen with the occasional blue and red dots...
the sound plays but no video

help plz!!

update your video drivers, and then install this codec: klite basic codec pack from http://free-codecs.com/

If that doesn't work then we need to use gspot to identify the codec your video file is wanting.
