Need Help With WMconnect

My friend uses wal-mart @ wmconnect.com for his ISP. Are they still having problems with XP and where do I get the software for wmconect because wal-mart don't have it anymore. Can anyone help me set this up correctly. Thanks

Generally issues are caused with the ISP in general, not because a certain user is using a certain version of Windows.
Having bashed "wmconnect" into Google, it seems that this ISP is branded Netscape Connect and operated by AOL.

What happens if you sign in with the username and password at http://www.wmconnect.com/ ?
