Hey all,
I just registered here. You all seem to have a good board going.
I want to learn more about how to analyze a hijackthis log.

I found a cool looking online tool (but it seems to be malfunctioning)... either that, or it's just a joke... "SA HijackThis Interpretation Tool ([bleep])"

Anyhow.. I am trying to help a friend restore his computer... it's been flooded with adware junk. I did windows updates, ran a full virus scan (with latest updates), got rid of some bad software (like precision time), did a spybot scan and an ad-aware scan (both with latest updates).... and his computer is still slow as crap.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for interpreting this? Or help me get rid of the bad entries in his pc? Thanks so much!!!!!!
