making a .csv file

Okay, I'm trying to make a .csv (an excel file that can be imported into the outlook calender). I've done it before, but the one I did was really basic. Now I'm trying to add details to the calender appointment as well as make the appointment more than an hour long. anyone follow me? I know its kind of confusing
