For some reason, when I turn on my computer, about 50% of the time, my internet is down.
But, when I restart my computer, it's back on, and everything is fine.
Any thoughts?

try logining on to your router and double checking your conection settings

Next go to http://us.mcafee.com...r/test_0150.asp

See if your internet is a constant or drops out
