I've just run a housecall scan and it has come up with items that it cannot remove, please please can someone help. The system is so slow its driving me to tears! Every slight thing takes such a long time. Its a new computer which uses Vista Home Premium. The housecall items that apparently can't be removed are: ADWARE_BHOT_IEHELPER, crck_jbean.a, and ms07_038.
