I not able to change my internet explorer options. Can anyone please help me? I've attached the error message I'm getting, when trying to change some of the options.

First things first, is this in a company or in a private home?
If its a company, the options may be disabled due to company policies.
If its at home then who set this restriction up originally? Has it always been there or did it start recently?
