Hello, one of the site manager's here at our office is having a problem with a file on his desktop. When he goes to delete it, it says "cannot read from file" or something similiar, and it will not go away. It appears like it should be a hidden file, semi-transparent. Any ideas? We think it was a created file from opening a word doc or something, but we can't find the original file, we tried to create a new .doc under the same name, but it didn't work at all.

Any help would be great. Thanks
