I know I posted this before but for the life of me cannot find it.

I am in a domain enviorment where everyone has XP SP2 and Office XP SP3. When someone has a shared file open and a second person opens it, they should recieve a warning that someone has it open. Now that works but the problem is if John has it open and Bob tries to open it, it will either say Bob has it open or anonymous or Jack, or Beth. Its random and I cannot figure it out.

I checked the author configurations on the local PC's and their correct names and initials are in there?

Need a little help with this one, thanks! :whistling:
