These pages are composed of many images. The background is an image, the logo is an image, the buttons are images, etc... To get an idea of how many images are loaded with the page, right click on the page in question and choose "View Page Source" (Firefox) or "View Source" (IE). Look for anything involving "img" in the source code...you'll find there are a bunch.

this only does that on geeks to go
ill open geeks..get the blue background...
then the page continues to load...
once its loaded and everythings in order the status bar remains at the midway mark
or other times the page will load then geeks gives a warning saying to abort
click to abort gives you cannot display page click back arrow brings you to the page you want......just curious why this happens only on geeks
