My mouse not working?

Arlow all.

Hello...

I jus got my Acer laptop yesterday.(Aspire 5584WXMi)

I am currently use the mouse pad as when i plugin a USB mouse into the USB port,I move the mouse but than there isnt any respond at all.SO i would like to ask if any of you that own this laptop has this problem.

My mouse is Hp/Logitec(not wireless)

And it asked me to install software.( Mouse is plug and play where got CD)

The software that they asked for is - HID-Compliant device.

And the solution to it.

Another Q. How do i use the OrbiCam??
