I am new to Dreamweaver and have created a website: www.goodtimes.gr/sas
which I based on a template and added text by putting it within a
layer.

As you can see the text is within the layer is supposed to fit within
the border.

While this is ok at a screen resolution of 1024x768 problem at other
display settings (eg 600 x 800) the text/layer overlaps the graphic
background.

I have tried setting different positions for the text/layer but if I
get it to fit at 600x800 it doesn't at higher resolutions.

Could somebody please help me by suggesting what I need to do so the
layer always fits within the borders.

Many thanks

While you are waiting for help, may I suggest that you remove your email addy unless you just like spam. :)

You are positioning the layer1 class as absolute which makes it inflexible at any size.

How is Fluid Design achieved?
