Hi, I’ve heard that websites can put a dialler program on your computer and when you connect to the internet you connect via a premium rate number and can get huge bills! I have broadband as well as several virus and spyway programs such as Norton, ad-aware and spybot which i use and update regularly. so am i safe from this type of theft? Also is there anyway a website could charge you for being on their site? But not through credit card fraud through your phone bill like a dialler program does? Thanks.
