After expanding a menu and sub menus, they do not minimize after I move the pointer off them. I have to click somewhere on the menu or desktop to minimize. Should they not minimize on their own in the default value of 4 seconds as per Menu Show Display in the Registry?

As far as i'm aware, this is normal behaviour. It happens to me but i don't think it's supposed to act differently.

I think I should have used the word close instead of minimize in my topic. I'm not minimizing to the Taskbar. I do believe the menus and/or sub-menus used to close on their own without clicking to make it close.
