Audio Drivers

Video Drivers (You'll need to accept the agreement for the download)

The camera drivers should be included with the software that came with the camera...if not, let me know what make and model camera you have and I'll see if I can find them, too.

Hello again

You didn't close the post because you new I would came back. ehehe

Well, I am having same problems.

Today I installed my printer, wile the program was running I accepted same windows updates, when the updates finished it asked to restart the pc, I waited until the hp printer program finished and then I restarted.

It didn't start as usually, now it goes to the window to change user, or to login with the user, we only have 1 user we would like to go strait ahead, the other thing is about the DocumentViewer. I am sending the print screen attached, when the 1st window comes I put the hp cod and then it runs for a bit and came the 2nd window. I can't get rid of the error window; I have to ctrl+alt+del to end the task.

With the NVIDIA I installed the other (for the drives) I have installed a pack witch contains a firewall, today it asked me if I wanted to block something, I didn't know what it was so I agreed to block it, when I realized I have blocked the access to Internet explorer, I have uninstalled the internet explorer 7 and it didn't work with the windows internet explorer, so I installed it again.
I don't how to undo the NVIDIA firewall so I turned it off and got the windows firewall (I have tried to uninstall it and don't know how or where).

I have also uninstalled the printer and installed it back again and still the same.

I have tried to recover to a previous date today, the only way I had to do so, was on reboot, pressing f10 to recovery, I haven't got this option now with the "new start".

Hope you can help this time.
I am trying to put everything together to be able to work in this computer again and it is not easy.

Thanks
Nat

Welcome back... :)

Open Control Panel and double click on the User Accounts icon. Click on "Change the way users log on or off". Tick the boxes "Use the Welcome screen" and "Use Fast User Switching". Apply the changes and reboot.

Uninstall the printer and the software for it. Reboot.

Disconnect from the internet. Turn off or disable your Antivirus application and reinstall the printer. Reboot as required.

Enable your Antivirus application and reconnect to the internet.

The NVidia firewall should be in Add or Remove Programs from Control Panel. You can uninstall it as it's a bit glitchy and can cause problems such as those you've described. The Windows Firewall is adequate for most users, but if you want stronger protection, try Zone Alarm. All firewalls need to be "trained"...be ready to choose whether to allow or block a program each time you start it for a while. There should be a checkbox to make your choice permanent in each case. (The Windows Firewall will not have to be trained.)

See if doing this resolves most of your issues. The DocumentViewer error we may have to hunt down, but I think it belongs to HP.

i have done as told and got rid of nvidia firewall

About the user account they were already ticked as told, tried again and didn't change, is there any other way to do the windows recovery?

About the Microsoft .NET Framework error about DocumentViewer, done as told and after rebout and turn on the antivirus and internet nothing changed, i will past the error log. I think it is from the printer too, but this printer has being on this computer for over a year with no problem at all.

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

thanks
nat

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just in time (JIT) debugging, the config file for this
application or machine (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine
rather than being handled by this dialog.
