Hi everybody

I use my taskbar at the right side of my screen. As shown on the picture

But i want a stable taskbar. I explain, i want a "3 lines wide taskbar" ALL THE TIME
In fact, i want to see the time, the day and the date but when i reboot, i get a "1 line wide taskbar " (just the time) or "2 lines wide taskbar" (time+day) but never my "3 lines wide taskbar" (time, day, date)

NB: I do not have this problem when i use my taskbar at the bottom of the screen (defaut place)

Thanks for your help if u have any idea

Try Kelly's free Tool: http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/taskbarplus!.htm

Download and un-zip. Just double click to run--no install.
On the left, use the drop-down menu for Taskbar to scroll down to:
"Lock size and position of the Taskbar."
Make sure that there is a check mark in the box on the right, and Apply.

Kelly created the tool because she discovered that Taskbar was quite a
buggy feature of XP, and everybody has some trouble with it. Even with
the tool, sometime non-default Taskbar placement results in goofyness.

Good luck, and let us know how things work out.

I have tried Taskbar Repair Tool Plus few month ago then i reinstall properly XP
But still have the same pb
I can not start with a "large" taskbar on the right side of my screen (large means with time, day and date)

After Taskbar!
