Word 2003 - Insert Auto Text Options missing

A client is having a weird problem in Word 2003 where when she goes to insert Auto Text options she can not select anything. The different Auto Text formats are listed but none of the sub categorys come up.

Detect & Repair of Office 2003 was unable to fix the problem.

Any ideas?

Ok so how about another reliable place to get an answer. I really need to get this issue resolved.
