Dreamweaver > Browser Problem

I am workin on a website in dreamweaver where it looks fine, when i hit F12 its exactly the same no matter what browser my default is mozilla firefox, you can see a picture below:

then when i upload it to my online website it looks like...

IIRC DreamWeaver uses Internet Explorer for its preview. Therefore if you open your site in Internet Explorer it should work the same as it does in DreamWeaver, however these issues are generally complicated by IE6 and IE7 doing different things with different aspects of web pages.
