Hi. I was trying to enter the "live chat" forum, and this message came up. "java plug-in 1.5.0_06 not installed properly". I click ok, and it says to close browser and start a new one to download. I click yes, and the new window says JRE Collision. I have used live chat before, about a year ago with no problems. Any sugestions?

please uninstall Java. You may see several versions listed. Just start with the most recent version and uninstall. Then uninstall the next version and so on. Then go to http://java.com/ and install from there. If you have any other issues please let me know.
