I have an up to date pc cillin and it keeps telling me i have the above malware.
I keep trying to get rid of it but it always comes up again. On their site the description of how to remove it from the pc cillin site says remove hard drive, call it a slave connect to a clean hard disk.return original hard disk to master and boot from that disk.
It all seems a bit vague to me. I assume I need to buy a new hard disk ? at what point in the process above is the virus removed? I am confused. pc cillin keeps telling me the virus has been removed but it comes back shortly afterwards.
I have noticed many internet sites no longer work properly including rather worryingly my bank. Could any of you enlightened people give me the idiots guide on how to get rid of this virus /malware and ideally return my explorer to working order. Thanks in advance............
p.s. assume I am an idiot and you won't be far off the mark!!
