I dont know whats wrong with my graphics but its gets all choppy. Is it my graphics card? This just started about a month ago and i dont know how to fix it. can u help me?

This can be a sign of either corrupt drivers or a faulty graphics card.
First thing to do is update your drivers, and for that involves a trip to either ati.com or nvidia.com depending on what card you have.
