Have a friend that got a new system about 1 year ago, running last windows before avista. Since then has not been able to download email in outlook through the provider. All the settings are correct but no one can figure whats up.

It will download some right away then hold onto others for up to 3 months. She will get no mail for several days then about 10 or so will come through then none again then it will dump some from 6 to 12 weeks old.

I have a feeling its in the security system settings somewhere but have no idea on where to begin, Mcafee.

any thought?
