Our supplier reinstalled a wireless network and in the process uninstalled AVG and Zone Alarm Pro on the basis that he preferred Norton Antivirus which he installed. The network worked but Norton let in Opaserv viruses (where had the Microsoft patch gone?).

I reinstalled AVG and Zone Alarm after carefully following their instructions - everything work fine.

Flushed with success I tried reinstalling Spam Inspector which had been uninstalled previously because it conflicted with AVG and Zone Alarm. This time I followed the instructions on the Spam Inspector website relating to both products. These were followed apart from granting component access in ZA to some of the listed .dll files which did not exist.

When I connected to Outlook Express - failure! No emails could be sent or received as it would not go beyond Authorizing.

We have another problem which may be connected. When the emails are working if you change identities very often it cannot be done as the PC freezes. If you CTRL-ALT-DEL it says Msimn not responding.

Help please!

Sarah
