Hide drive X from USERS?

I like to hide drive C from USERS but not like Tweak where can in explorer do C: and it become unhiden. So hide from USERS and unhide for Admin. How to do it with win policy and exactly where? Some examples?

I found a little Windows add-on through Google called [Steady State]. If I read it correctly you should be able to hide certain drives from certain users. :)
