yes shengton i think if you dont have proper permission to get those videos, it is illegal to download them.
I cannot mention programs that download things illegally!

we have had a discussion on this earlier. They explicitly state that it is against their "terms of service". However, they have done nothing to prevent it. We have taken the approach that since its stated in the youtube TOS, that we won't support it. All I can say is be very careful where you download any flash tools. Some are definitely safer than others.
